I had an order delivered through Uber Eats from Shipley’s Donuts, and there were a few mix-ups — the wrong order, a milk that was expired, and two donuts missing. I called the store, and even though they were clearly busy, the team went above and beyond to make it right. Instead of just offering a refund (which would’ve been much easier for them), they personally delivered the missing donuts and a fresh milk straight to my door.
