Always a pleasure to visit this location in Plano on Central Expressway. Food always fresh and good and great customer service by the young gentleman that works there with his father.
I pulled up to the speaker and was told "just a minute" and it was almost 6 minutes later before my order was taken but by then 4 cars had pulled up behind me. Once I pulled up to the window I waited about 10 minutes before someone came and took my payment then hand me order of 2 dozen original glazed and 2 iced donuts. The lady that took my payment then could not produce a receipt when I asked for one stating "I don't know the machine... it's not right."
