I went to grab a box of a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was fine, although I ordered a large and was not given one, nor could I confirm if I was charged for a large as I was not given a receipt. I could see two employees behind the counter, one who I believe was taking drive through orders and greeted me, and the second who eventually took my order. I would give no stars if I could. They have me a completely different order, all cake blueberry covid which I don't eat. Then when I called the man answered like I I understand. This location is horrible and stars not like the other locations. Give customers what they order not just what ever when they get a delivery.
I purchased an order from Good to Go to be picked up between 1-2 pm. I arrived at 1:54 pm, and the store was locked and empty.

This Shipley's location on The Colony is fantastic. The donuts are always fresh, and the staff is really friendly. If you're looking for a great donut, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it.
