Went at 12:30 and they were already closed despite 1 pm being the close time on the door.
We love Shipley's but the donuts at this location have gone downhill recently in both size and quality. Their glazed donuts used to be amazing, now they are just meh. They also advertise a dozen mixed for $12.99 but then charged $13.99 and said it couldn't be fixed. This is illegal. While the service was good, being overcharged and having quality decline will always equate to a bad review.

I wish they would close this place already. Donuts are never fresh and taste like they are from the day before. Customer service is ok but that doesn't matter when your food is far below standard
They don’t close for 2 and a half more hours but refuse to make more kolaches? It’s stupid if a customer asks for them, make more. Instead of saying “ oh we’re out” OKAY?! You close in 2 HOURSSS, wake up
