Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through, lady behind the counter was irritated because we interrupted her reading. We asked what was on the menu because it was our first time there. She got very agitated and gestured angrily that we must come inside and look. This was a very disappointing experience and will not return. We took our business elsewhere.
Thank you for saving Church of the Holy Apostles today!!! After a trying week of dealing with a break in and the pastors dog being lost ( now found ) we found ourselves without power and couldn't make coffee. As an Episcopal church we base our morning fellowship around the coffee pot. We warmed up with your coffee and had an amazing service by the light of the morning sun!!!
On Saturday, we promised our 2-1/2 year old granddaughter "iced baby-donuts if she ate a good lunch." She did spectacular and when we got to Shipley's on Mason Road, they were sold out of the iced baby donuts. Our granddaughter didn't quite understand so a very kind, manager took charge, grabbed a bag of donut holes, took the time to ice the holes in various different icings and brought them out to her.
