Dr. Shipchandler completely botched my face. I had brain surgery for a facial nerve tumor removed by Dr. Jennifer Kim at U of M 3.5 years ago and had been seeing her for facial nerve Botox ever since. Botox was used every 3-4 months to weaken the dominant side of my face so it didn’t pull so strongly on the paralyzed side and to help with synkinesis. Went to this guy for a revision to fix a previous botched septoplasty that left me with a collapsed nose that I got with a different doctor in Indiana. This guy is arrogant and doesn’t listen to his patients. Hardly any after care. I didn’t even know if I was going to have surgery on the scheduled day until the day of. I wish I would have went out of state for this revision instead of going to this guy. He used cartilage from my ear instead of my rib. Dr. Shipchandler did a good job with my functional rhinoplasty. I can breathe normally again after many years and no more no strips at night.
