Ship Smart was very responsive, efficient and pulled off a cross-country (San Francisco to New York City) furniture move for us perfectly. The move required a bit of coordination and the delivery was tricky given it was in Greenwich Village/West Village with very difficult parking and a third-floor walkup but they managed it without a problem and the delivery guys were extraordinarily polite, helpful and also cleaned up/took away all the packing materials. Highly recommend. I shipped some furniture and a lot of fragile glassware, ceramics, etc., across the country. Exceptional service. The shipment was packed very well. Professional and courteous service. Not one item was damaged.
We used Ship Smart to send household goods back to Canada. They were very helpful in explaining the process and were able to do the job in a short time line of 1 week after they were hired. Everything went exceptionally well, our home items were picked up and taken to a facility to be wrapped, crated and get ready to ship. Our goods arrived in Canada 3 weeks later as promised.
