This was the most unacceptably rude service I have ever experienced in any business. I rented a truck; as the guy gave me the key, he said "Don't snatch anything from me". I said "what?", in shock at the unimaginable sentence. "snatch?" It got worse. His reply was: "You heard me. You're not that fucking dumb." This is unbelievably rude.
