I ordered mine a couple of months ago. And arrived while im still on vacation. So the wait is over.. after a couple of wrong impressions i finally got them.. thank you for giving back my self confidence and that contagious smile.. i love them..
Have not received product. Product has been paid for. Have not heard from anyone. Lost $500 AND no veeners.
I gave my impressions and they said it was good but not "good enough". (I know they were good because I watched the instruction videos about 4 times and gave three impressions for only one set). Now I can't get a refund, saying I need to pay for more times.

The impressions are never good enough. They just want more and more money. 506.50 spent already with nothing in return. Call after call and just getting the run around. Want full refund immediately. Website boasts 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee yet they refuse yo honor it. Scamming people at its best. Should've read reviews first. Billing has no phone number to get refund either.
I’ ordered from “Shiny Smile” an impression kit for upper veneers. I received an email from them informing me that the kit had been returned to them because no such mailing address exist. I confirmed that my mailing address that I completed on their order form IS correct. If I could give this 0 stars I would! BUYER BEWARE! This company is a joke! My son is getting married September 23rd and my teeth aren’t great to say the least. I figured I would get these veneers and look beautiful for the day. I got both top and bottom and paid the extra $150 for have them made within the 2 weeks. I got my package and got started. For the money you get a more realistic looking set of veneers. They use a thinner and stronger material than the others available.
