I returned my unused impressions kit two days after receiving it. Nothing was used, yes box was opened to get the return label out but that was all. I then get an email saying that I am past my 14 day return, apparently they start counting the day you place the order and not when the product is received by the customer which is deceiving. Now they are refusing to refund my money. They want to put my order on hold in case I change my mind but, even if I could change my mind, which I cant due to personal medical reasons, I wou... read more

My experience and opinion (yours may vary): Very poor communication, arbitrary policies and extreme customer dissatisfaction with the process. Requested a refund and got a monumental runaround. They charge $22 for an extra impression kit but if you get a refund but use the original kit, they charge you $90? Buyer beware.

OH NO! I PURCHASED veneers in December of 24 and then had them take out payments until they were paid off. It was an initial down payment and then 99 a month. I sent numerous emails about how to correctly take the impression to no avail. Finally, after sending in my impressions, I was told they were not accepted. I had to purchase another kit for 22 dollars. However, I did not receive the kit for almost 2 months because when I contacted them to see what was going on I was told it was my responsibility to call and let them kn... read more
