I have been going here for a few months and I love the service and the fact that it is in my neighborhood. I never have to wait too long if I have to wait at all. My nails are well cared for and last a long time. All the staff is very nice and respectable. I will continue to patronize this establishment for my manicures and pedicures.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO SHINY NAILS. ERIC, THE OWNER, IS IGNORANT, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. After receiving a bad pedicure, I was told by Eric, that the same technician would have to redo it. No worries, but each time I went back, she was busy so I would still get my services and pay. This went on for a month. When she was finally available, I was told by Eric that I could only get a color change because he doesn’t remember telling me I would receive a full pedicure. I’m going to have to put Kim and her husband on Ice... because my last pedicure was so horrible... I mean horrible... I would post the picture but I don’t want to embarrass myself... if Lee or Henry doesn’t do my feet I’m never coming back.... I was faithful for about 2 years and this is just unforgettable... And my so called repair was worse then the initial mistake � HORRIBLE!!!
