The sweetest people ever and always willing to accommodate
I left with gritty and unevenly shaped lotioned hands! Hand massage was literally the worst I’ve had. They didn’t do anything worth my time and money and I paid for someone else’s too. Woman left lotion just laying on her skin to rub in herself. Now I can see why there’s not a customer population in that shop. The establishment is completely and utterly unsatisfactory. I would have done better doing my own. On everything I love, if this was the last place to do my nails in Tyler, I wouldn’t. Ever. Again!
Always very nice
I give the guy who does the pedicures 5 stars because to me he’s the best in the city of Tyler…Now the lady who does nails NO NO and NO I had a pic of a simple manicure and she did NOT do what I asked not even near it! I’m too ashamed to post the picture but it cost me $65 for a style I did not want nor like! I’ll never get my nails done here but I’ll faithfully come to get the pedicures!!!!
