We had a situation where cople of shingles fell of the roof. Doug responded to us very quickly and fixed the problem in a matter of few days. On top of great service he said that it was a quick job and he wished me a happy Mother's day and didn't want to take anything for it! I had to beg him to take at least something. Under quoted a job and did not factor in logistics required to do the job. They were questioned multiple times on the price and whether they stood by it and were annoyed when I asked. They then came back to us came back asking for more money and have since disappeared and not followed through on the job.
