I specifically asked if Tana was licensed, bonded, and insured before agreeing to have her come to our home. She said she was....and when I asked for paperwork copies I got "I'd already left and was on my way" and "yes, I'll mail them" when I called her after the initial session and re-requested paperwork. When it came down to it, she has a state and federal tax id #. As of today anyway, she does not have paperwork that would be considered typical for the job. And she lied.
