Poor attention to detail in cleaning the car. Wheels were left dirty without even wiping them. Overall poor experience and will not recommend them.
I came here to wash my car while I did my grocery shopping, when I picked the car up the windshield had two huge cracks on it. There were some smaller cracks there before but were only small and confined to the section around the review mirror. When I confronted the owner be said it was already like that and that he had cameras to prove it, I wasn’t lying but he kept twisting the truth and didn’t want to take any ownership or apologise. Great work, car was cleaned very well from inside and outside. It looked brand new from inside after the cleaning was done. It was worth spending money on my car cleaning and they were very hardworking people.
I went for an external wash after camping trip over the October long weekend. Rajiv came to find me after a few minutes I left my car and let me know that my car battery was flat. As it's a public holiday, most shops and service centres were closed and I was left stranded. Rajiv, as a quick thinker, found someone to kick start my car. I had worst experience with them. I got Scratch on my car why didn’t clean car in out properly. Very very unprofessional team not experience I don’t recommend anyone waste of money no going overthere. It was my First and Last time Service with them
