The sales people to start with did a very good job explaining the systems of solar panels and new heat pump. The teams that did the installations were very efficient, well mannered and professional. So far our power consumption just from new heat pump is 1/3 energy used in comparison to old unit. The panels supply a large part of our daily usage. The service representatives have kept us informed throughout the entire job.
