I’ve been a loyal client for years and this was always my go-to, which makes this experience so very disappointing. Erin is an excellent esthetician, the best I’ve had in LA, but the rescheduling policy is brutal. I woke up with food poisoning and gave four hours’ notice, asking to reschedule for the next available appointment once I was better.
