RecommendedI have used Shine’s services on many occasions. Window cleaning, and Christmas lights. Customer service is great, crew is always on time, and they do a phenomenal job.
Advise people that when you are hiring them to wash windows that does not include the sills. Had Shine wash roof, house, gutters windows. Window sills were left in filthy condition. When I asked about this was told you have to say you want sills cleaned. Absurd!!!

Sub-par work. I paid to have my house and windows cleaned. They did a great job on my siding, but hardly cleaned my window sills and when I contacted them they said that would be an additional fee to clean the sills. Hmm I'm paying for window cleaning and house washing...doesn't that include exterior sills?? The guarantee they have on their website is a lie and they didn't seem to really care we were displeased with our services.
