I have been working with Shine for nearly 10 years, both with my home and practice. They are professional, punctual, and very communicative. I cannot recommend them more to anyone needing commercial or residential window cleaning or power washing. Sadly, I just had them out to our home for our last time. We have been using Shine consistently for the last 2 years. We have had our windows washed several times and our house washed twice. We are continuously impressed with the job they do. Every person they've ever sent to our home has been extremely hard working and polite. We will continue to use them!
One of your drivers needs to chill in traffic. Came up hot on my bumper and stayed there like it was my fault. I don't like being bullied.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with a window cleaning contractor (20 years in this house). It started off well…but began to fall apart at the end of the job and then totally collapsed during the follow-up emails with the owner. The tech seemingly did a fine job on the windows, but I have since noticed that a few of the windows were not cleaned well or not at all (I wasn’t informed of this by the tech).
