I go here on a regular basis. I find their standard of work excellent. They are friendly and helpful, very kind to me as i have a mobility problem. i have read some of the other reviews and all i can say you must have caught them on a bad day, we all have those. give them another go.

I have never had a more horrendous job done. Sns… first broke within 2 hours. They repaired it. The rest have all shattered within a week. Unfortunately I was just passing through so I can’t go back to get repaired. But I shouldn’t have to. I’ve been getting sns done for years and always lasts at least 3-4 weeks. Even then it’s just regrowth. I never give negative reviews but this was just atrocious.

Second time I've been utterly disappointed here. They are overfull and rushed. When I asked for a different shape I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. No care taken when taking off the acrylic - peeled off the top layer of my nails, even when asked if we can soak it off. Product and service quality is poor. Some of the girls are lovely and good, but really depends who you get.

Came in for a refill and noticed that when she was taking the colour off she didn’t file off the acrylic that’s been lifting, I didn’t say anything cause i thought maybe she just wasnt finish, she then proceeded to refill it with acrylic without taking the the stuff thats lifted. Also, while she was finishing off my nails she kept drilling my skin. Unprofessional and it looked like staff aren’t actually trained properly.
