Poor customer service and absolutely no value in our loyalty as long term patrons. My advice is to look elsewhere for a more reputable place to tend to your car washing needs. Racist and Discriminating. Today, 09/08/17. I went to this place for my regular wash. I have been using this place for a year now. I subscribed 39.99 package which is a highest one they offer. I am a chauffeur who own a few commercial fleet. So there is Limo (TCP) special when it comes to car wash because we wash almost everyday by business nature. The location is close to home so it's very convenient. I wish the owners would open up earlier, say 7 AM for us early risers. One sure sign of success is the long lines for a wash on most days. Overall a very good business with very professional employees.
My hubby took our new car to this car wash one week after we bought it and when he got home he noticed that one of the rims was scraped up. We went in now 4 days ago to tell the guys there what happened and we still haven't heard from anyone.
I think it is a crying shame that you guys charge to use vacuuming! The two should come in the car wash! 1.00 a minute that's crazy
Car wash was good but dent that was a result of car was no good.
