Went here for plantar fasciitis earlier this year and was given orthotic inserts and a recommendation for a steroid shot after a weeks worth of NSAIDs didn’t work. Instead, I asked for a referral to physical therapy and I am SO glad I did. I received an incredible education in PT and am now getting 20k steps a day several months later. My legs have never been stronger. Not sure why physical therapy wasn’t the first thing recommended by the doctor.

Dr. Shine and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my 9 year old son who was very nervous! Appointment was on time and all my questions and concerned were answered.

Dr. John is one of the friendliest and most attentive doctors you will ever meet! I have seen him a handful of times for pesky ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, and other minor issues (like achilles pain)—I am very cautious about healthcare practitioners that I go to as I’ve had several bad experiences where I felt patronized, confused, blamed, or generally where I really had to advocate for myself, but Dr. John will restore your faith in providers.
