Every Car Wash I have gone to this place because it is the only car wash that doesn't bend my car mirror back, which if it breaks due to the car wash, it's my dime to get it fixed. This is the ONLY reason I go there. About 3 weeks ago, at the end of May, 2007, as usual I had to watch these kids and how they vacuum and dry my car. car wash was ok but the cleaning inside BAD! My company has an account to get the full service done, well it was my first time ever bringing the car there. OMG it looked like nothing was even done to the inside the vacuum job was horrible, the dash was still dusty, there were crusty crumbs still between the center console and break. For the price 17 bucks i would have expected a top notch clean! For now on I'm going to vacuum it out myself and run it through a different car wash. This place sucks!!!
Locked Keys in My Van! My husband went here to get our Dodge Caravan vacuumed. Gave the keys to the attendant, who then proceeded to LOCK THEM IN THE VAN!. Did the attendant or Tristan the manager say, "Oh my gosh, we're so sorry!" NO! They blamed my husband, saying that the van locked automatically. THE ATTENDANT LEFT THE KEYS IN THE VAN! So regardless of whether the doors locked on their own, which they didn't by the way because that isn't a feature on our van, the attendant still locked the keys in the van! Friendly atmosphere, Hot cashiers... My first experience at SHINE IN NO TIME i was extremely satisfied. They were on top of the service. When i first pulled up, i was greeted by a friendly, well put together young man. He explained to me all of my options, which was helpful becuase the list was somewhat overwhelming with choices. Problem Solved! I visited Shine in no Time for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The kids working were approachable, and i really felt like they listened to my requests. My only complaint is that they did not tell me before my wash that my car magnets could come off in the wash. when i got home I realized mine were missing. All ended well though. man needs a clean car I always get my car washed at Shine in no Time! they are great! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly as well as hard working. If I ever have a complaint they fix it immediately. I recently bought an exterior wash punch card and I just upgrade if the interior needs some love. Don't see myself switching car washes anytime soon.
Sad Sad Sad Ok, so yesterday was my last visit to this business. I have been going to "Shine in no time" for about two years and my last couple of visits have shown a drastic decline in service.
Include Tires and Wheels New owner and management. Have redefined "Full Service" Car Wash to not include wheels and tires. Not what I expect when I take my car in to be washed. A clean car with dirty tires and wheels? Come on. Was included in the past and should be now. If not, I'll find another car wash that does. Current policy is not fair to the customer or the employees who have to answer the questions.
