My car always looks good! the thing i love about this place is that they offer a VIP package i pay a lump sum and get unlimited carwashes for my car for a year. it payed it self off in eight months! having this kept my first brand new car looking so new! it amazes me that since i dont have to pay every time i go in i end up going a lot more. my car always looks professional and organized. and since i go so much they recognize me and will always go out of there way to make sure i am satisfied. very recomended!
Dirty windows It took over 1 hour to clean my 2004 Corvette. When I mentioned that I had been there a long time, I was told "its just that way when we're busy!" When leaving I noticed that my drivers window was dirty. There were wipe streaks, like they had used a dirty rag. So we went back to get it cleaned. Problem Solved! I visited Shine in no Time for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The kids working were approachable, and i really felt like they listened to my requests. My only complaint is that they did not tell me before my wash that my car magnets could come off in the wash. when i got home I realized mine were missing. All ended well though. man needs a clean car I always get my car washed at Shine in no Time! they are great! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly as well as hard working. If I ever have a complaint they fix it immediately. I recently bought an exterior wash punch card and I just upgrade if the interior needs some love. Don't see myself switching car washes anytime soon.
Great service with a Smile I go on a regular basis to Shine in No Time because, quite frankly, they are the BEST in the Vancouver area....I have tried them all, and they are the most consistent, service wise, than their competitors. The few times I have discovered that they missed doing something, they have always corrected the problem promptly. ....
convenient location This place offers a full service car wash, that means that they will do the interior of your car as well as the exterior but at a higher price than a basic wash. They have a small but cosy waiting room for you to sit where they also have available snacks and coffee. The greatest draw of course is their convenient location. You can find coupons on their website too.
Include Tires and Wheels New owner and management. Have redefined "Full Service" Car Wash to not include wheels and tires. Not what I expect when I take my car in to be washed. A clean car with dirty tires and wheels? Come on. Was included in the past and should be now. If not, I'll find another car wash that does. Current policy is not fair to the customer or the employees who have to answer the questions.
Sad Sad Sad Ok, so yesterday was my last visit to this business. I have been going to "Shine in no time" for about two years and my last couple of visits have shown a drastic decline in service. The car wash does a pretty good job, but whet you pay almost $30.00 for their Super deluxe, you actually expect a little more. The back seat area was not even touched and there was water in the console storage areas. Not to worry though as I went home and finished the job myself.
Pleasantly suprised! I came here the first time looking for a cheap ride through carwash and got something totally different. I was skeptical at first to pay over twenty dollars for a carwash but in the end it was so worth it! the vacuum was great and my car was so clean! i will for sure be going back!
