We've had our system going for the last 15 years. Over that time we've had occasional maintenance servicing done and Shine continues to provide knowledgeable and reliable service every time.
Do not use this company! They are charging money for no reason. Even to check your problem they charge approximately $200. I got my condo problem fixed for under $500 including a diagnostic from another company, while this company was charging almost $2000.
Had to replace our heat pump and these guys sorted it out for us and walked us through the new setup.
These were the only guys who could figure out an old radiant system of ours and why we kept having parts fail. It has been 3 years since we spent the money to have our system updated and have had no issues. Compared to constant failure and no heat of previous layout.
Brutal!! Hired as a sub to a good heating guy, looked good, but then came the frustrating after sales non service. Didn’t set the open loop system up with a filter to protect from water borne contaminates, won’t call or respond, prefers te texting but fails at that too. Frustrating to say the least.
