As an educator, SHINE Counseling has been awesome and I always have a great experience when I work with the therapist at SHINE.
Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for my therapist to come grab me for my first session. No one came. I left towards the end of the supposed session after people walked by me and didn't even ask who I was waiting for, if I had been helped. Didn't receive my session, I even called before hand and no one answered the phone. Disappointed.
I am so blessed to have matched with Rebecca, she is truly a Godsend. She is the first mental health care provider to consider my daughter for Autism Spectrum Disorder testing. Two psychiatrists, pediatricians, counselors, teachers and administrators ALL MISSED IT! Rebecca noticed behaviors in my daughter and encouraged me to pursue testing.
