I’m barely a week late and tried and exchange a lip liner color that I mistakenly told them the wrong color at Pinners conference. And they wouldn’t even try to help me It’s Christmas time and I just needed to exchange the color I wish they had better customer service I will never use this wrong color as it doesn’t match me and if they want customers to feel pretty a simple exchange and grace would have been nice. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth about this brand.
Shine is the absolute best!! The product quality is out of this world but their customer service is really what sets them apart! They went above and beyond for our cheer team!
I’ve been devoted to their BB cream and lip products for years! Shine goes above and beyond with beautiful packaging, tutorials on social media, and they are always friendly and helpful in the Lindon location.
