I picked up my order today, and the employee at the front was absolutely incredible! She was wearing a pink hoodie with bright pink lips, and while I can’t recall her name, her exceptional service left a lasting impression. She took so much time to help me switch out a color and helped me pick out the right color for my skin tone. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. I want to thank the ladies of Shine for the wonderful job they did at the Pinners conference in Utah. I asked them about make up tips for a slitly older woman with gray hair. How to add some color. I had a bit of a break down about things I have had to deal with over the past few years( the loss of two children and another one who has gone through cemo this past year) They were so sweet and made me feel beautiful for the first time in a long time. I like the Shine products I have gotten, but I do not care for the encouraging names for the products. Much prefer a name that depicts what the actual tone or product color is.
