EDIT: I’ve changed my rating because of a follow up phone call. I received a call from Jennifer, a manager at Shine Behavioral Health. She apologized about my experience and was extremely understanding and sympathetic about it. I greatly appreciate her call as she wanted to ensure that got the help I needed.
