The fact that a lady came to you guys to get her perm fixed and then walked out with her hair nearly completely straight and was still charged $140 after along with being treated rudely the entire time speaks numbers about your guy’s customer service. Also with the fact that you’re telling her to remove her yelp and facebook reviews to receive her refund along with the others that have been left and if any others are left after she gets her refund you’ll take her to court for “harassment” is disgusting and shows how crappy y... read more
worst customer service AND apparently nobody knows how to do hair here 🤷🏻♀️ for starters they "don't work on ethnic hair" and they ruined my friends perm. would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Never go here, Disgusting, lazy, horrible, unbelievably rude customer service and unprofessional environment.The likelihood of coming out with something you don’t want or like is very high and they will not take responsibility or fix it. Management needs to address what imagine they are portraying to their customers because it is absolutely awful in there , the service my friend received was HORRIFIC 😒

I just moved to the area and was looking for someone to do my nails. Mady gave me a gel manicure with design and I absolutely love it. Clean, peaceful, friendly and AMAZING SMELLING salon. I will definitely be back!
Love my new cut! It was exactly what I wanted which never happens. I will come back to see Erika again for sure. I did get sucked into buying product that I didn’t need with a promise of 20% off which I didn’t receive, I noticed on my receipt there was no discount, I won’t be making that mistake again...
