I had a terrible experience at this car wash. Their car wash machine knocked my side mirror completely off. Instead of taking responsibility and investigating what happened, they immediately claimed that my mirror must have already been damaged and insisted that their equipment could not have caused it. Rather than helping resolve the issue, they kept shifting the blame onto me. They told me to file a claim with ICBC and get the damage assessed myself, offering no responsibility or genuine customer service. What disappointed... read more
In the Coquitlam location, my rear wiper broke off during the car wash. Billy attended to it immediately and personally made sure it was repaired and gave me a courtesy deluxe wash. Service was exceptional.
