TLDR: If your vehicle gets damaged at this carwash, management will not take responsibility and will gaslight and blame you. I brought my vehicle to Shine Auto Wash Coquitlam, and during the automated wash, their equipment made impact with my driver’s side mirror assembly, pulling an internal metal mounting stud out of the door frame, and tearing the weather seal. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the service. This is the second time I’ve come here, and once again, the roof of my car was not cleaned. It’s frustrating to pay for a complete car wash and have an obvious part of the car left dirty. I hope the staff will pay more attention to the roof and make sure the entire vehicle is properly cleaned

Just wanted to congratulate your automatic car wash on successfully extracting the front left wheel arch trim and snapping the sensor wire on my Tesla. Impressive torque! Even more impressive was your staff’s Oscar-worthy performance of 'We have no idea how that happened' before shrugging and telling me to go deal with ICBC. I didn't realize 'partial car dismantling' and 'absolute zero accountability' were included in the premium wash package.
