Paid for the Gold wash on Aug.2 at 12:10. Bar lifted, then the car to my left merged to my lane so I had to stop mid-way. Bar Closed on my brand new 2025 VF8. Denting my drivers pillar, scratching my drivers door as it fell off. Billy came over and assured me he would look up the video footage of the incident and asked me to open an ICBC case. Its been 2 weeks without any response. According to ICBC, past claims have been ignored. Now I'm faced with paying the $500 deductible for their faulty sensors. Dishonest Business!
Great place to wash your car, there's never lineup's they always have $8 basic wash (good enough) and the results although not perfect specially on the rims it's good enough for a automatic wash.
