I came in for a oil drain and received excellent customer service. The owner was very kind and was very helpful with the pricing. 10/10 experience.
I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff were very professional, honest, and helpful. They clearly explained the problem with my car and fixed it properly in a timely manner. The pricing was fair and there were no hidden charges. My car is running perfectly now. I truly appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

If we receive a good service, we say "Good service, Great service, Amazing Service". But, when my battery is down and there is no worker is available and Sam sends his wife to my house with a charger to help me, I do not know the proper adjective to describe this service. And that was a free service too. Shine Auto usually does not delivery.
