I had the opportunity to work with shine at home Homecare and my experience was truly excellent. The team is professional, compassionate, and deeply committed to providing high-quality care to their clients. What I love the most was the genuine dedication to client well-being. The organization runs efficiently while still maintaining a warm and personal approach to care.
My nephew is a resident in one of the medicaid waiver support homes owned by Shine at Home. Patience and her staff are very dedicated and hard working. They are dependable and care for my nephew's well-being. He loves his residential home and especially the good cooking he gets. I am always kept up to date on all services at the residential home. We have good communication between staff and providers. My nephew and I are very grateful for all that they do for us.
I'm happy to say this is a great company I am happy to work for and I also am happy to get my son's services through here they are awesome if you have a question they are always there to answer it if they don't have an answer they will find you an answer they are great to work for and I would recommend them any day
