Highly unprofessional to neglect proper consultations and gaslight patients and then try to blame other staff members for his oversights. Disgraceful.
The receptionist is rude, demanding credit card payment from someone on ODSP, and who has been sick, and has missed an appointment. The hygienist is condescending, and talks down to patients. I've been hearing of more and more people who are unhappy with the service. All of the staff need to take a course in how to treat people appropriately. Small town, word travels fast. Dr Musico would never allowed his patients to be treated this poorly
