From the owner to the staff, everyone is so nice, professional and talented. They create customized experiences for individuals and I love coming here. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, shimmer makes you feel genuinely special. The prices are spectacular for the NYC level talent working in this gem in East Greenwich. It's my one stop shop for all beauty needs!
Everyone that provided me with their amazing service were so nice and just plain wonderful. Grace, the owner, did my hair color and cut, it came out exactly like the picture I showed her. I highly recommend this fine establishment.
Always able to get me in for the services I need. I always call last minute to book my message and they quickly get me booked. Frank my hairdresser is fun and always makes me look great. The receptionist are friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable while you wait in there waiting area. They always have coffee, water and sometimes even a glass of wine waiting for you. Great spa!
