Dr. Shimer is very personable, attentive and in depth. She listened carefully and did a point by point evaluation. She gave me exercises and a protocol to help with my back and neck issues. I would recommend her to anyone as their first choice for chiropractic care.
I hadn't been adjusted in almost a year. Dr. Shimer spent time understanding my needs and she explained the adjustment process very well, and she also educated me on the importance of proper walking. She also gave me great stretching exercises and discussed ways to improve my posture. I would recommend Dr. Shimer!

Dr Shimer is getting me back to being pain free. She is gentle, but gets everything adjusted and back to where it belongs. Her front office, Hassie, is the best!
