Please take extra caution if hired here! The hiring process is quick and easy, major red flag! Management here is a JOKE! The vet employees like to blame everything on the new person. No proper training to be successful in your role. If a mistake is made there’s no conversation on how to make an improvement. Most of the leadership work from home and rely on they minions to relay performance reviews. Gossip is a big problem here! So plz beware of what you say. The shifts are good and vacation requests aren't too bad. But be warned. The management likes to blame its employees and not coach them when performance is not up to par. They don't tell employees what they need to improve on and what they are doing good at. The supervisor over shipping and receiving is only on site twice a week and relies on rumors to review performances of employees.
