I came in for a PRP Facial with Microneedling Treatment, which I prepaid for through Groupon. The services included in the voucher clearly stated that the treatment included both PRP and microneedling. However, when I arrived, they performed the PRP treatment only and told me that the microneedling and other services listed on the Groupon voucher were not included.
