My original pain management doctor retired and I was reluctant to go to a new doctor. With all the new laws most pain management clinics are full of patients abusing the system and the patients in chronic pain daily that need pain meds to have some sort of quality of life are the ones that suffer. I felt very welcome and everyone was very kind and professional.

Do not go to this doctor's office. First was on pain medicine, the one the doctor told me that they do not make anymore witch is oxeycodon er. Which he lied to me they still make this. He put me on xtampza which did not work at all and I told him but he did nothing. Also this last time he did not call my one prescription in on time. They called me said I had to make another appointment. There is something fishy about this doctor. Stay away from this doctor.

I have to say, having had only one appointment so far, that everyone in the office was friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Massey himself was professional, caring and concerned and went ABOVE and beyond ti help me.

It looks as if I am not the only one to have a disappointing experience with this office and the sister office in Red Lion. The staff is disrespectful. Most notably Michelle hung up on me and Dr. Massey himself. On 2 occasions I had appointments scheduled (tele medicine) that the doctor did not show for. So that is two times I made arrangements for an appointments and waited around for nothing. When trying to figure out what was going on and when I would have my appointment I was put off and hung up on. The doctor didn’t see... read more
