I stayed there this past July. we found a bedbug in out bed and told them. when we brought it to their attention they never offered to comp a single night or another night in the future. so not only do they not care about the cleanliness of their rooms, retaining repeat customers isn't a priority.
it was dirty. vomit on bedding and carpet. stains on curtains, bath tub and back of toilet. hair in sink.amd on floor. Awful.
Stayed for our anniversary weekend! Employees were super helpful and friendly. Very clean and right in the middle of everything 😁 heading back in November 💚
Has a lovely smell of piss and desk dude said “too bad” and it’s a $20 fee to change rooms. **update-still waiting for 2nd bottle of piss-be-gone
bedbug infestation that they will not take care of
stayed here with three year old triplets front desk was very awesome and understanding. seen him patrolling the parking lot making sure everything was good and safe.. clean rooms and shower was good ... highly recommend.. for a comfort stay...
We stayed here 2 times and it's great when you're birding at MaGee Marsh. Clean, friendly staff, and close to the highway and gas stations/restaurants. Priced just right when you need a room to sleep and go. I'm looking forward to staying again when we come up for the Spring Migration !
