I love this dental group. They really show you how special you are from the moment you walk through the door. The ENTIRE staff is so nice. The 2 dentists I've had since I've been going there are so nice and patient. I was scheduled for a filling, and when she was done, I showed her another tooth that needed a filling. She had her assistant check her schedule, and saw that she had a few minutes before her next appointment, then said, "No problem. I can take care of that for you right now. The dental hygienist was a true professional. She explained how I could brush and floss correctly to remove plaque.
This was my first visit to the Shiloh Dental Group location. I met Kayla at the Frank Scott location when she was filling in over there. I was so impressed with her ability to put me at ease as she attended to my dental needs that I switched to her home office in Shiloh. Everyone at Shiloh Dental was great. The folks at Frank Scott have always been great too.
I’ve had dental issues for years & was unable to find the care I knew I needed. I live over an hour away & the distance didn’t deter me. My first experience was comfortable and I felt like they were listening. Dr. Denise, Rose & the rest of the staff are amazing. I’m beyond pleased with the progress we’ve made & I can’t wait to have my smile fully restored.

My hygienist and dentist were both great and I felt very safe with the COVID safety protocols in place.
The staff gave excellent, professional care. They did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth and in explaining the health of my teeth and gums. Very happy with their care!
Everyone is very professional. They quickly set up an emergency appointment to fix my tooth.
