Nice property, kind of small square footage for the price. Under new management, there’s only one Electric Grill working and one charcoal grill for the entire complex. The parking sucks, if you get home late from work around after 12am you’ll have to park outside of the complex, management is not consistent with their Pool Hours. The pool will be closed on days it’s supposed to be opened without notifying their tenants. Of course no one will jump in the pool when it’s cold but you have a grill and fireplace!
