walls are as thin as paper, getting a hold of anyone to handle any type of compliant takes days if ever handled at all. they claim this pace is elite and upper level but they must have saved money on the insulation, literally can hear people talking and having normal convos thru walls. shrunk $900 worth of clothes i had because maintenance is lazy and hooked up the water in reverse. if you expect higher standards in apartment living keep looking, this place was obviously rushed to finish for money reasons and quality was sac... read more
Beautiful Apartment. The internet is Wifi (not specified on site) and on one massive name. It would be great if the routers in the apartments were individually named. In order to have a hard wire connection for a desk top you have to pay extra $50 to $100 a month. Underground parking is great but it's $95 extra a month and isn't specified on the website. Otherwise great apartments so far.
We moved in a month ago and feel at home already. This is such a well built apartment. Other than an occasional dog bark, we don’t hear the neighbors at all! So quiet! The management, Nino and Leonie, are consistently upbeat and supportive. Preparing our first holiday meal in the new kitchen was a joy. The appliances are excellent quality and the layout is functional for three cooks in the kitchen at once! Really impressed with Shiloh Commons! Leonie and Nino have been absolutely amazing in helping me get settled here in Montana!! Moved across country and it’s been a blessed adventure but stressful! Both have made my transition here amazing!! I love how close I am to work and to shopping! Beautiful apartments and fabulous management! Oh and a shout out to Greg my maintenance guy! He’s amazing too!! 🥰
