Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was no good.
Prepaid for 3 rooms but when we arrived, night auditor Willie would not give us the keys, even though we called in the evening and spoke to the evening desk clerk to inform them we would be coming in late because we work the late shift (to which we were told there was no problem and they would be there all night and have keys waiting on us). The continental breakfast was a joke. No towels in the swimming area so I called the clerk and requested towels for the swimming area and she did not bring any. I stayed at other Shilo Inns and this one sucks. We had to drag all of our stuff up the stairs thinking that there was a elevator like all the other Shilo Inns. I will not be back.
Well i stay here so often, i am regular guest i never had any type of bad experience if i did they fix it AZAP. They have the best staff and i highly recommend this place plus the amenities steam room, hot tub, pool etc.... worth the price...
I made a reservation and was told I had to pay a $100 deposit on top of the room fee. At that time my wife and I were very low on funds and the $100 would have wiped us out. So I could not stay. When Expedia asked for refund. As someone who has done a lot of business with Shilo I am just stunned at the greed and lack of compassion. I will never stay at a Shilo again. La Quinta every time from here on out.
Grossest hotel I have ever stayed at me and my girlfriend booked here and there was black mold in the shower and shower curtain, blood stains in the carpet cobwebs across the ceiling and smelled bad. So I asked for a refund and they told me no and we're very rude and gave me a new room we go to that room and someone was still staying in it the sheets were gross dirty towels everywhere and it smelt bad also and they continued to be even more rude after that.
