Our maid left our room door open all day after cleaning it. The person at the front desk said to stop by on our way out the next day and talk to the manager, but he would not come out of his office and talk to us about it so we didn’t get that chance. I also sent a message and he did not respond to that either. Apparently his name is Leo. The beds were terrible and the worst we’ve probably ever slept in.
Great place to stay. Clean, very quiet, located close to the city. Great customer service, the best value for rewards customers.
Nice place to stay. Good location. Free Parking. A lot of amenities. Breakfast was included. Toiletries were exceptional. Room was spacious and big.
Best Western Portland West Beaverton Too long/didn't read.....We wish we could leave zero stars. This is a hotel that management needs serious review by upper management and/ or the owner. We 100% do not recommend. Owned by Mr. Armando Lopez, managed by Nicole Sturn. Best Western Portland West Beaverton does not seem to be an BBB Accredited Business. We accidently left my favorite irreplaceable pillow (given to me from my deceased Dad) and took their pillow home by accident. My pillow is priceless to me personally. It took a... read more
