Okay. We stayed overnight at the Tigard Shilo Inn in March 2009. The price was good, but we were a little disappointed in damage to some walls in the hallways, styrofoam cups, and very small rooms. One family in our party entered their room to find the TV did not work, and had to move to another room on another floor. The breakfast offered in the AM was sufficient but the waffle maker would not turn. Small details that make me unwilling to return.
Good Port in a Storm The carpeting in my home was going to be cleaned. It takes approx. 6 hrs. to dry. I had to be out and I had a little dog with me. The best place was Shilo Inn. The overnight rate was reasonable, the dog was accepted and the AC was adequate. (It was 99 degrees.) I would love to see them change the styrofoam cups to regular glasses. Otherwise, they offer a welcome harbor for the night. PROS: Frig., Microwave, Ironing board amenities in room CONS: Styrofoam cups

THIS IS NOT LIKE MOST SHILO INN HOTELS BUT IS PRETTY BASIC...BUT STILL NICE AND HOME LIKE...ROOMS CLEAN AND COMFY...CUSTOMER SERVICE PRETTY GOOD AND PRICE IS AVERAGE FOR THE AREA...THEY ALSO OFFER HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN ALL THERE ROOMS! IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA TAKE A LOOK HERE!
