Indoor pool was really warm, hot tub hot, dry sauna and steam room were great.Place was clean.Food was great.Halls were warm and smelled fresh.Room was great.
In the middle of construction no pool no hot tub.
We arrived at our hotel, and before we even exited our car, we were approached by a disheveled woman who appeared to be a homeless transient. She put out her cigarette and rudely informed us that they wouldn't rent us the double queen room we had reserved. When we asked about a king room instead, she snapped that it wouldn’t be possible since we had children. This is NOT a hotel, This is a low income apartment building now. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologized. He also was unable to give me two queen beds that was before I got the story of the conversion from Hotel to Apartments. Location was ideal. I never got to see the room. I'm now trying to cancel through Priceline to get my refund. The hotel did give me a cancellation number.
Thank God they canceled our reservation.
