I'm 68 years old and my mother and I have traveled throughout the US. In all the years we have traveled, I have NEVER!! Seen such deplorable conditions. I deserve a full refund. Sticky floors, substance spilled on night stand with hair in it. Filthy everywhere! I'm entitled to a full refund thank you.
