Shiley eye Institute optical shop licensed by BR Mozlin had poor service, very poor value, not worthy of the Shiley name. I spent over 1,000$ on a pair of sunglasses, still do not have them made correctly, now 2 months and on going. Despite saying correct darkness could not be achieved and making them twice they will not issue a refund and are holding my current sunglasses as sample. This review is specifically about the Shiley child care office — the care and service they have provided my children has been exceptional. Most notably, there is barely any wait time and the full appointments are typically completed in less than an hour. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Jomoc and all of the staff.
Have been to Shiley several times over the past 10 years. Have never had a negative experience.
Today I had an appointment for my visual field and then to see Dr. Andrew Camp. I had the visual field done, then was taken out to the front desk and told Dr Camp no longer works there. I agreed to seeing another doctor since I had taken an Uber that cost me $45 to get there and was told that would be OK. Five minutes later, the front desk girl tells me we can’t see you. It’s too late in the day and we are booked.This is very unprofessional that I was never told Dr. Camp was not no longer there.
