First time here and I was pleased with my eyebrows.
I have been a customer for 5 years. They’re fast, clean, and consistent. But my most recent visit will be my reason to never come back. I’ve tolerated the coldness from the employees, leaving covered in eyebrow hairs, or the employees not even looking me in the eyes. Today after my usual brow threading, I noticed the prices increased. It’s slowly increased over the years but I can’t justify it anymore. When I went to tip, I meant to put $2 on my $15 service.
