Great experience My daughter saw another doctor twice for 3 weeks of headaches and continued to suffer. Upon a friend's recommendation, we went to see Dr. Lau. We received prompt service and diagnosis, and she was cured. If only we had switched sooner, my daughter wouldn't have had to suffer so long. The staff was also terrific; very friendly and caring environment overall.
Highly recommended Prompt, friendly service and diagnosis! The office was very accommodating and gave us an appointment the same morning. The staff was great and put my child at ease. The doctor knew exactly what was going on, even though we never heard him wheezing. The medication took care of the congestion and cough that had been going on for 3 weeks.
Anterior Hip Replacement After extensive review, I travelled to Hawaii from California to see Doctor Cass Nakasone regarding a new procedure he uses to do total hip replacement - Anterior, Mimimally Invasive. Doctor Nakasone and his entire staff were fantastic. I have never had such quality service from each and every individual connected with Doctor Nakasone. Skilled & Truly World Class Doc with Terrific Bedside Manners Dr. Fidele is one of the best Doctors I've ever had the privilege of meeting. She is thorough, caring and professional. And, yes, very patient. Years ago, as new parents, we had tons of questions. She never made us feel rushed. Dr. Lori Yamanaka is WONDERFUL! Dr. Lori Yamanaka out of Kapiolani is GREAT! I love her and so do my two kids. My kids are soooo good at their check-ups because Dr. Lori has such a gentle and kind demeanor. She's a younger doc (which I like), and she has two kids of her own so she's "been there and done that!" I have had her paged on a couple occasions because I'm a neurotic mom, and she never once made me feel like I was over-reacting (even though I probably was).
