We've had a great experience with Shift Property Management so far! We recently started renting in GR, and Quinn has been very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The property was also in fantastic shape when we moved in. Looking forward to continuing to rent through them!

Phenomenal experience with Shift as a property manager - we rented from them for a few years while we saved up for a place of our own and the folks there were so easy to work with. Respect is a two way street in the rental world and they gave it in abundance. It's almost as if they were never there (in a good way) and yet were on the ball with mtx/technical requests as needed. If you're a tenant who keeps up with payments and communications, rent from them and you likely won't want to go anywhere else.
