Loooooove them! They actually understand and know about things like hypermobility, hEDS, POTS. That super fun trifecta. Have never felt safer and more validated in health care. And they will work with you to make the best plan.

The therapists and staff at Shift are so kind and sensitive. I have a complex situation and they listen, are patient, and easily adjust for what will help me feel safe.
I’ve worked with Hannah and Whitney for back pain during pregnancy and now with Kelsey for postpartum pelvic floor concerns. Every single one of them are a delight and are very validating and kind when answering all of my questions. Women’s health can sometimes feel a little embarrassing or scary but they have always made me feel seen and secure. Seriously everyone is so kind!!! And helpful!!!
