Whitney is amazing! I could feel a difference almost immediately after applying her suggestions and doing the exercises. She is flexible and willing to work on anything I need each time I go in, even if she’s had something prepared to go over.
I’ve loved going to Shift PT! Everyone there is so helpful and kind. Postpartum recovery has been so much better for me this time with their help. It’s also so nice to be able to bring my kids along. They love playing with all the toys.
